The series features wide varieties of nonvolatile memories incorporated with a buffer SRAM to accelerate read/write operations. One-time and four-time programmable macros are available to offer the best solution from different specifications. Applications: Smallest Si area Invisible against chip reverse engineering. Single supply voltage at 1.2V in read operation. Low program voltage at 5V and 1.2V. No charge pump required. Built-in-self-test circuit supports stress-free test environments. Fully testable with conventional test equipments even before programming. Automotive grade data retention over 150 deg C. |
